The film was dedicated in loving memory of John Belushi Cab Calloway and John Candy all three of whom acted in The Blues Brothers 1980 and all of whom died before Blues Brothers 2000 1998 went into production Ironically Calloway the eldest of the three died last at the age of eightysix which is older than Belushis and Candys combined ages at the times of their respective deaths thirtythree and fortythree respectively
ReplyDeleteBlues Brothers 2000 is a movie with good intentions Aykroyd and Landis once again team up to recapture the magic in tribute to John Belushi and almost all of the original cast are still here Musically the magic is still there and without a doubt this film is all about the music but the original Blues Brothers film was about so much more
